Purpose

To provide a mechanism for users who are not currently members of the IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA), to pay a fee to join one, specific sponsor ballot group (and all its recirculations) in order to review the draft, vote and submit comments.

Procedure

1. Review alternative membership options

- consider joining the IEEE-SA or adding IEEE-SA membership to your existing IEEE membership.
- IEEE-SA membership entitles you to join an unlimited number of sponsor ballot groups for the calendar year to review balloted drafts, vote and submit comments.

2. Join a single ballot group

If the above membership alternatives are unsuitable, you can join a single ballot group (known as paying a "per ballot fee"), as follows:

• - complete the on-screen form, including the fields for credit card information and click OK -- the form will be sent to the IEEE-SA Balloting Center for processing; or,
  
  
• - complete the on-screen form with the exception of the fields for credit card information; then, print hard copy of the form and send it along with your check, to the land mail address shown on the screen. The IEEE-SA Balloting Center will process your payment upon receipt.
